Tiffany Gray Jackson is an author, speaker, and corporate professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate workplace challenges with confidence, authenticity, and resilience.

A proud Memphis native, Tiffany holds a Master of Public Administration and is a seasoned leader in corporate healthcare. Inspired by her grandmother’s decades in nursing, she has dedicated her career to improving people’s lives in professional environments.

Tiffany is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and was one of 705 professionals selected from more than 29,000 applicants for the inaugural cohort of MasterClass Executive, a certificate program built in partnership with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Through her debut book, The Corporate Mute, Tiffany introduces readers to Ebony—an ambitious professional navigating the complexities of corporate life—through a compelling fictional narrative inspired by real-world experiences. Through this lens, she explores workplace dynamics, personal growth, and the journey toward finding one’s voice in professional environments.

With a passion for community, empowerment, and transformation, Tiffany uses storytelling, humor, and insight to create spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
